Sketch walls of any shape, then join or subtract them to model alcoves, columns and doorways. Area, perimeter, wall lengths and corner angles update as you drag, and right angles stay right.
Straight grid, brick and vertical brick, herringbone, chevron, hexagons, rhombus, diamonds and more. Need something else? The pattern editor lets you assemble a layout tile by tile and reuse it across projects.
Positions are computed from your real dimensions, joints included, so a 250 mm tile with a 5 mm joint starts exactly every 255 mm. Select any tile and its cut size is drawn to scale, with the leftover piece dimensioned beside it.
The layout is drawn to scale on your actual room, so you see how the edges will fall before the first cut. Drag it across the surface and watch the cuts along the walls change, until no edge ends in a useless sliver.
The plan counts the tiles the layout needs, splits them into whole and cut, and shows how much of the material ends up as offcut. A figure to order from, instead of a guess.
No sign-up and no cloud. Your rooms stay in your own browser, and you can export a project to a file whenever you want to keep it.
